Antique English Boulle desk set of the Edwardian period together with matching boulle and leather blotter. The fabulous desk set or ink stand is of scarlet tortoiseshell and brass boulle work of the highest quality and is in excellent condition. The fine cut glass inkwells with gilt bronze hinged lids are in perfect condition. Between the inkwells is a pentray which has its original lid of superb quality. The desk set stands upon four original bracket feet. England circa 1905. 12 inches wide by 8.5 inches deep by 5 inches high ( 30 cms by 21.25 cms by 12.5 cms). Blotter 13.25 inches high by 11 inches wide by 0.8 inches deep (33 cms by 28 cms e by 2 cms ).
