Antique English fusee skeleton clock with vertical lever escapement attributed to Evans of Handsworth Birmingham circa 1860. 8 day movement with 6 spoke wheels, maintaining power and original fuseee chain. The frame delicately cut out with fine silvered chapter ring and silvered slow and fast adjustment scale to vertical lever escapement.. Set upon a white marble base above an exceptional three stepped base beautifully veneered with Coramandel wood.
