A fine Art Deco bronze and ivory figure of a gardener on an ormolu mounted onyx base. In outstanding condition this beautiful figure has a very well caved head and torso and holds over her arm a hoe. The original gilding to the body is excellent and the cast is very crisp. She wears a straw hat to her head. Unsigned, probably German circa 1930. 9.5 inches high by 2.875 inches square at the base ( 23.75 cms by 7 cms square).
