A superb pair of bronze relief plaques of the highest quality . Signed and dated on each plaque one 1825, the other 1827 by Francesco Putinati, born Verona 1775 died Milan 1848, one with original trade label to reverse. The very fine and undamaged Russian malachite frames are of an excellent colour. Each frame 6.75 inches wide by 4.825 inches high.
