A quite stunning pair of marble figures of young women, both Italian and signed by Pugi.Their hands, arms and feet are in statuary marble. The girl on the left is dressed in Calacatta Vagli Rosato marble with a head dress of Fleur de Pecher and holds an urn in Golden Onyx. The girl to the right is dressed in Calacatta Vagli Durato. No damage at all to these beautiful pieces. Italian. Circa 1900. Both 30 inches high ( 75 cms).
