A most attractive gout d'Egypt ( Egyptian Revival) inkwell in patinated bronze. The highly decorated pot resting on the back of three exquisitely modelled Sphinxes. All on a highly decorated circular base. France 1860. 6.5 inches high by 5.25 inches diameter ( 16.25 cms by 13 cms).
