A good and unusual ecrier. A bronze and mirrored glass tray standing on four gilt bronze bun feet has set into it two inkwells and to the centre a pen holder. The gilt bronze is very well cast with patterns of laurel leaves in the bronze inkwells together with leaf and dart decoration to their bases. The tray is decorated with trails of roses around the edge and stiff leaf to the top. The pen holder has goat heads to each side. All the crystal in in perfect condition. France circa 1890. 12.5 inches wide by 8 inches high by 6 inches deep ( 31.25 cms by 20 cms by 15 cms).
