Grand tour bronze of a Faun carrying a child on his shoulders. Clearly involved in revels this bronze is full of life and movement. The Faun is shown standing on a globe. Retaining its original patination and set on a fine piece of well coloured Sienna marble. Italian circa 1860. 8 inches high by 3 inches by 3 inches ( 20 cms by 7.5 cms by 7.5 cms).
