Fine sub miniature silver and guilloche enamel carriage clock in original leather, silk lined case. Wonderful mint condition enamel of beautiful colour and design, covering the sides, dome top and front. The pale blue guilloche enamel with engine turned design, and gold and silver filigree highlights, whilst front panel has a hand painted lakeside scenic blue and white panel. The back of the case has the rampant bear swiss silvermark used between 1882 and 1934. Underside of case is numbered 1042. The inside of the case is silver gilt, whilst the inside back door is marked again number 1042, Argent Dore and. Silver content of 0.925 and number 84. The fine white enamel dial with roman numerals marking the hours and arabic numerals marking the minutes. Fine 8 day, three quarter plate movement.
