A fabulous Swiss sub miniature silver and enamel carriage or travel clock in original leather case, with subsidiary alarm dial on the back. With the alarm set using the dial on the backplate, the clock strikes the bell which is hidden underneath the clock. Fine 8 day full plate movement with lever escapement. White enamel dial with arabic numerals. Bevelled glass to front, back and top, a sign of quality. Stamped in the silver 0.935 for silver content, and 'silver'. Underneath furthered stamped S + G, and numbered 11185. A extremely fine and high quality little clock. Swiss circa 1905. 6.7cm High (not including handle) by 4.5cm Wide and 4cm Deep
