An early 19th century French portico clock with mahogany carcase with gilt bronze mounts to the capitals and bases of the four columns. Gilt dial and bezel and a fine ormolu pendulum. 8 day movement striking the hours and halves on a bell regulated by the steel suspended pendulum. 20 inches high by 11 inches wide and 5 inches deep.
