An exceptionally elegant patinated bronze bust of a bacchanalian woman set on a fine ormolu mounted carrara marble cylindrical socle on bleu tarquin square base. The superbly worked bust shows the woman with both breasts bare and with vine leaves in her hair. Ormolu mounts are fire/mercury gilded.
