The clock of four glass form with fine mounts to the side, a cherub to the break front plinth and surmounted by a fine decorative ormolu mounted urn. The fine sidepieces are in the form of a pair of vases held aloft by a putti and a classically draped woman. Original ormolu and enamel. 8 day bell striking movement with cloisonnee decorated visible pendulum. Clock 17.5 inches by 12 inches wide by 6 inches deep ( 44 cms by 30 cms by 15 cms ) sidepiece 16 inches high ( 40 cms).
