A most attractive antique French bleu celeste porcelain and original two tone ormolu of the best quality. The clock with a profusion of porcelain panels and a lovely porcelain dial is surmounted by a figure of cupid seen stringing his bow. The sidepieces are in the form of a pair of candelabra with porcelain panels in the bases. The movement is an 8 day bell striking movement with steel suspended pendulum. Circa 1880. The clock is 12 inches high by 11.5 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep ( 30 cms by 28 cms by 9cms) the sidepieces are 9.5 inches high by 8 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep ( 24 cms by 20 cms by 8.75 cms ).
