A most unusually small and very attractive sub-miniature cariage clock. Constructed in silver gilt and all over enamelled with black enamel to all sides including the back door. The front has black enamel all over with two bands of silver around the outer edge with a band of red enamel sandwiched between the two silver ones. The porcelain dial in white porcelain with red and black arabic numerals and the minutes marked with gilt dots. The movement an 8 day 3/4 plate with integral key and lever escapement. Swiss circa 1910. 1.5 inches tall by 1 inches wide and .75 inches deep ( 3.75 cms by 2.5 cms by 1.875 cms.
