A pair of Grand Tour gilded bronzes taken from the Renaissance sculptures of Michelangelo's Medici prince tomb from Florence, depicting Guiliano and Lorenzo Medici. Wear to the gilding but in honest condition. Italian, circa 1870. ( 7 inches high by 2.25 inches square base ( 17.5 inches by 5.6 cms).
