A fine antique pair of English Derbyshire obelisks. Constructed of opaque solid Derbyshire flueurospar ( known as "Frit"), the tapered and shaped tops set on rectangular bases of white and black marble. The rectangular fleurospar base set on a further black and white marble base. Probably Matlock, Derbyshire. 10.75 inches high with 2.5 inch square base ( 26 cms high by 6 cms square).
