A most unusual carriage clock in brass with ivory feet, panels to top and bottom and with ivory covered handle. Bevelled glass to the sides and solid fitted door to the back. Rectangular white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Fine 8 day movement with compensated lever escapement. Made in France but for the English market and numbered 264. Circa 1900. 3 inches high by 1.75 inches wide by 1.75 inches deep ( 7.5 cms by 4.4 cms by 4.4 cms).
