Good quality terracotta piece of three black city boys dressed to kill. The object has a holder at the back probably for spills. Wonderful fresh condition, no damage, quite charming. Austrian circa 1920. 13 inches high by 12 inches wide ( 32.5 cms high by 30 cms wide).
