A lovely pair of framed antique miniatures in watercolour on ivory. One depicting a domestic rustic interior the other a rustic tavern scene. Mid 19th century. Frame size 10.8 inches by 9.5 inches (27 by 23.5 cms). Picture size 5 inches by 3.5 inches (12 by 9 cms). These superb minitures are mounted behind a protective convex glass, unfortunately this makes it difficult to show the quality of the paintings and skill of the Artist from these photographs.
