An antique glove box with the ormolu mounted ebonised wooden box applied with finely worked boulle work panels and ormulu borders. The panels of engraved brass with stained tortoiseshell, horn and shell inlay. The interior lined with the original red velvet. The box and panels excellent condition. French circa 1880. 11.25 inches wide by 4.5 inchess deep by 4 inches high ( 28 by 11 cm, height 10cm).
