A lovely pair of silvered bronze giraffes on shaped marble bases. Both pieces signed Frecourt. Both in excellent condition and with no damage to the marble. 8 inches high ( 20 cms). Maurice FRECOURT, born in 1890 near Paris, sculptor, was the pupil of VALTON and BOUCHER. He exhibited his works at "le Salon des Artistes Français" from 1920.
