A small Italian Grand Tour bronze of "The Dying Gaul" . A Grand Tour bronze copy of the famous Roman marble statue now in the Capitoline Museum Rome which itself is a copy of a lost Hellenistic Statue. Italian circa 1880. This would make an excellent present and would work as a desk piece, perhaps a paperweight or a small object for shelf or furniture. 4 inches wide by 2.5 inches high by 2 inches deep ( 10 cms by 6.25 cms by 5 cms).
