A gilt bronze bust of Lord Byron set on a patinated bronze socle and base decorated with gilt bronze mouldings at the top and bottom of the cylindrical base. Largely two dimensional this bust shows Lord Byron in typical clothing that he would have worn in the Near East. English circa 1840. 12.5 inches high by 5 inches wide by 5 inches deep ( 31.25 cms by 12.5 cms by 12.5 cms).
