A good quality statuary marble sculpture of a young maiden standing semi-draped with a sheep grazing behind her. Almost certainly English though unsigned and certainly from the first part of the 19th century. There is some pitting to the marble as it has been standing outside in the grounds of a country house for many years. 34 inches tall
