Well carved Carrera statuary marble bust of a classical woman by the Italian artist Ferdinando Vichi 1875 to 1945. This Tuscan artist working with Bazzanti in the city of Florence has an excellent reputation for his fine work. Set upon a socle the bust will rotate at will. The young woman with her hair piled high, a necklace around her neck and her breasts bare is of a style and quality that one would expect to see by an artist such as Canova or Hiram Powers.
