A good pair of candlesticks, English George III or early Regency, in ormolu and black and white marble. Very smart with original and superb ormolu. Exceptionally cast nozzles with various decorative designs. The marble column comes down to a fine ormolu foot and on to a square white marble base with ormolu leaf and dart moulding on to a black marble base. Four bronze feet held on by bronze strapwork fitted to the marble, typical English work. English circa 1790-1800. 9 inches high by 325 inches square ( 22.5 cms by8.125 cms)
