A large pair of figures of a Native American man and woman in superb condition. Exceptionally fine detail, both wearing feathers in their hair. The man holding a spear and a shield while the woman holds a tray with a pineapple under one arm and a large implement under the other. The figures, set upon their original circular wooden bases are of bronzed spelter. French circa 1880. 25 inches high by 7 inch diameter base ( 62.5 cms by 17.5 cms)
