A most attractive silver, ivory and tortoiseshell 8 day strut or desk clock. The carcase of the clock in fine and well figured ivory, including the back door. The dial is surrounded by a tortoiseshell bezel. The dial has Arabic numerals and typical art deco hands. The movement is of 8 day duration and is fully functioning. The silver plate to the top of the clock holds the handle both of which are hallmarked. The maker is E.B & co Ltd and it is marked for London 1926. 4.5 inches high with handle up by 4.25 inches wide by 1.75 inches deep ( 11.25 cms by 10.625 cms by 4.375 cms).
