Alarm strikes the large gong using a separate hammer with a seperately wound train. Original blued steel moon form hands. High quality lever escapement ( detail photo shows it with clock running). Movement numbered 2444. All glasses are fully bevelled and in perfect condition. The dial signed "Leroy et Fils Palais Royal Paris" to the top of the dial and to the bottom "Regent Street London".
