A fine 19th century patinated bronze of a fully armoured classical warrior ( almost certainly Jason) fighting a dragon with a spear. The bronze stands upon a faux porphyry base. Probably Italian circa 1880. 22 inches high by 14 inches wide by 10 inches deep ( 55 cm by 35 cms by 25 cms).
