Antique and fine and unusual patinated bronze and black marble urns. Set upon black marble circular bases the bulbous body beautifully reeded. The delicately fluted neck rising to a broad lipped spout. The handle formed by a winged monster with horses head, horn and scales. The tail of the monster coils over two applied crossed dolphins. Superb quality brone and the pair in very fine original condition. Probably Italian 1830-40. 10.5 inches high by 4 inches wide with 3.5 inch diameter base ( 26.25 cm by 10 cm by8.75 cm).
