Antique French Napoleon III porcelain and ormolu clock set. The clock of good proportions with porcelain dial, urn and panels with a lilac coloured ground. Original gilding in excellent condition. Together with matching sidepieces with large porcelain body in the same lilac ground with handpainted female figures. All set on gilt wood and velvet stands and a further ebonised stand. The clock with 8 day duration key wound movement striking the hours and halves on a bell. Clock 13.25 inches highby 10.5 inches wide by 4.25 inches deep (33 cms by 26.25 cm by 10.625 cms), sidepieces 14.5 inches high ( 36 cm). Plus 1.5 inches (3.75 cm) for the stands.
