Antique pair of French ormolu candlesticks in the Louis XVth rococco style. Heavily constructed these candlesticks are a riot of Lois XVth style rococco flamboyant casting. The stem and base are full of scrolling c decoration and are covered with casrt shells and flowers. France circa 1840. 11 inches high by 6.25 inches diameter at the base ( 27.5 cm by 15..635 cm).
