Fabulous quality antique French enamel and ormolu inkell. Superbly cast bronze and original ormolu. Of triform base and set on the three goats feet terminating legs with childs faces to the tops. Ormolu top with ink well and detatchable ormolu cover. The top of the inkwell with pen or quill holders. Lovely porcelain bowl, slung below the top with ormolu terminal.. France circa 1880, possibly earlier. 6.5 inches high by 6.5 inch diameter ( 16.25 cm by 16.25 cm).
