A fine antique English shagreen and gilt bronze strut clock. A very smart and chic clock with a lovely convex enamel white dial with Roman hour numerals in black with a gilt bronze bezel and fine gilt moon hands. The dial beautifully clear for easy reading. The back of the clock in mahogany and with a heavy gilt bronze recessed and hinged strut. The Swiss jewelled movement with vertical lever escapement. English and circa 1905-10 enamelled dial and Roman numerals, 5.5 inches high by 4.25 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep ( 13.75 cm by 10.625 cm by 3.75 cm).
