Antique Italian Grand Tour marble and bronze Tazza. Set on a square marble base the tazza sits upon three well cast gilt bronze dolphins lying on their heads with their twisted tails in the vertical. The bowl of the tazza sits upon the dophin tails. The rim of the tazza is beautiully decorated with a stiff leaf and dart moulding. The marble has a chip to one corner and a few minor nibbles commensurate with its age and function. Italian circa 1880. 4.25 inches high by 2.5 inches square at the base ( 10.675 cm by 6.25 cm) .
