Art Deco silver and purple guilloche enamel pill box. Of lovely quality with beautiful slightly domed and hinged deep lilac guilloche enamel lid with swirl decoration to the centre and an outer border of leaf decoration and a black enamel band to the edge. The side of the box silver gilt and engine turned as is the underside of the box, a sign of high quality. Inside, the box retains all its gilding. Probably Austrian, circa 1920-30. 2 inch diameter ( 5 cm).
