A very attractive and elegant English George III toothpick holder. Constructed of ivory with gold line and piquet work around the upper edge, lid and gold hinge. Lined inside with original velvet. The top of the lid decorated with a gold lined agate, whilst the bottom of the case is also decorated with a smaller gold lined agate. 1cm high by 6.2cm long by 2.2cm deep
