A fabulous little silver gilt and pink enamel sub miniature carriage or boudoir clock by the "Geneva Clock Company". Outstanding pink guilloche enamel in wonderful wavy star or sunburst design all in mint condition on a solid silver case. The silver engine turned dial with roman hour numerals and outer minute band is surrounded by a silver gilt bezel. Gold hands. Fine 8 day movement with platform lever escapement. Stamped on the underside Argent Dore along with the maker's initials JTC within a cartouche for the "Geneva Clock Company" and numbered 2396, and a further mark 'G.B' with a triangle between the letters. Back door of inside case numbered 96, whilst back of movement is numbered 12055. Set in original Morocco case with silk lining with original key recessed to back of case, with the retailers name and address inscribed in gold lettering on inside of case 'Mac-Henry & Pardonneau, A. Boulade, 18 Rue Royale 18, Paris. Swiss circa 1920 5.5cm high without case, 7.5cm with case
