Antique pair French Charles X ormolu and patinated bronze candlesticks. With original patination to the bronze and original fire gilded ormolu. On circular bases decorated with flower, wreaths and stiff leaf moulding. The central stem with fine horizontal inter-twined leaf decoration to base of bowl with flower decooration to stem. The main stem in patinated bronze tapered and with reeding. This rises to an ormolu holder in the form of a capital with leaf decoration and further reeding, all in ormolu. The original drip pans in place. France circa 1825 33cm High
