Fine miniature French Empire clock in ormolu. Dating from the First French Empire period with original ormolu and white enamel dial and movement both signed Tulou a Paris. The clock stands upon four fine and delicate feet. Set on the base is an applied ormolu mount of a crossed bow and quiver of arrows. To the left of the dial, stands cupid depicted as a soldier or hunter, holding a fine rifle or musket and a satchel on his back. The 30 hour fusee watch movement in the clock case depicted as a house. The white enamel covex dial with Roman hour numerals and blued steel hands. It is surrounded by a fine ormolu bezel of roses. French circa 1810 17.5cm High by 17cm Wide and 7.5cm Deep
