A superb and tiny silver and enamel sub miniature carriage or boudoir clock. This clock of very small proportions, with a deep blue enamel overpainted with gold patterning. The case and enamel in superb condition. The white enamel dial with blue arabic numerals and a red 12 and gold minute dots, with gilt hands. The fine swiss 3 quarter plate 8 day movement. The inside back of the case marked Argent 0.935 and numbered 2663 and with silver content mark 925 and date mark for 1896 Birmingham. The underside of the clock case also marked as above, numbered 2663 too, with retailers mark and the mark for Birmingham imported silver. Swiss 1896 4.5cm High
