Pink guilloche enamel and silver gilt sub-miniature carriage or boudoir clock in its original leather, silk lined case. A very small sub miniature by Wegelin & Fils with high quality 3/4 plate movement. The silver gilt has been largely cleaned off this case but is perfect inside as is the beautiful delicate pink guilloche enamel with no marks or repairs. Heavily patterned engine turned silver overlaid with enamel giving a stunning effect. The enamel on the sides, front and top. The engine turned decoration beneath the enamel is extremely fine and high quality, with a border around the edge, and starburst to the side panels, whilst the front and top is more of a sun design. The top with silver geometric handle. A fine gilt dial with arabic numerals signed Wegelin Fils Geneva. The eight day 3/4 plate movement is silvered, and has an integral key. The inside of the back door is numbered 2881, and marked Argent, 0.935 for silver content, and with the rampant bear mark for Swiss silver, and marked Stylo. The underside of case has these marks again. In its original leather case. Swiss circa 1910 4.7cm High
