A very pretty and unusual sub miniature silver and guilloche enamel carriage or boudoir clock, with overpainted swags of flowers and in its original leather case. The gilt dial with arabic numerals, the engine turned back door marked 'Argent Dore', opens to reveal a fine 8 day platform escapement movement, numbered 5115. The case in fine, chestnut coloured, engine turned guilloche enamel with overpainted white swags of flowers. Marked on the backdoor 'Argent Dore', 'AB' makers mark within a cartouche and Austrian silver mark. Austrian Circa 1905 5.5cm High by 3cm Wide and 2cm Deep
